Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Sales Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Business Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for interior design and home construction services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Business Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and contribute to long-term business planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Management skills, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination.
• Should have handles a team of Interior Designers with design and sales target.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and manage client expectations.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and performance reports.
• Relevant experience in interior design, real estate, or construction sales is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software is an advantage.
