Job Description

Job Title: Business Manager – Sales (Interior Design)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Department:Sales / Business Development

Reporting To:Head of Sales / Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth for our interior design services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and managing end-to-end sales cycles while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, including client consultations and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to propose customized interior solutions
  • Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and generate reports
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in interior design, real estate, or home solutions)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a flair for design and aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in interior design firms or modular furniture companies
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior projects
  • Strong local market network

Compensation
