Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the market and execute new sales initiatives.

Channel & Team Management:

  • Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Train and guide sales staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee login and disbursement processes to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and legal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer service.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Retail Finance products.
