Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, GitLab CI/CD, Confluence

- Experience in banking industry, specifically on Core Banking knowledge domain

- Requirements gathering and comfortable discussing and refining user stories with team members

- Agile methodology

- Understands API functionality and design

- Understands JSON and XML

- Application communications (MQ, Kafka)

- Familiar with Microsoft Azure

- Read application logs and conduct issue analysis

- BPMN knowledge

- Java coding experience will help in discussions with the team

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
