Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Recruiter for an on-site position based in Shimla. The Business Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, devising hiring strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes. The individual will also collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for hiring
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; capability to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes
• Organized and detail-oriented with time management skills for handling multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment and understanding of the hiring landscape
