Job Description

Location:Currently remote but will transition to onsite in Bangalore starting April or before April 2026

We are looking for an experienced Business Program Manager (BPM) to lead operations and delivery for large-scale digital and hybrid programs.

The role involves program ownership, operational governance, and team leadership to ensure seamless execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery excellence across global time zones.

Key Focus Areas:

Manage end-to-end planning and delivery for digital and hybrid programs.
Lead a distributed operations team and ensure SLA, quality, and governance adherence.
Streamline workflows, establish best practices, and ensure operational efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) for execution and improvement.
Generate performance and budget reports with actionable insights for leadership

Requirements

Ideal Background:

6-8 years of experience in program management, business delivery, or event operations.
Prior experience leading distributed/global teams.
Exposure to SaaS or technology-enabled delivery environments preferred.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
