We are hiring freshers for our Voice Process team to handle customer calls, answer queries, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve basic queries, provide information, and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills (English language).
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and typing speed.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
