Key Activities
Business Process Management
- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives based on As-Is analysis. Design a robust To-Be process which is aligned to ITIL and eTOM definitions.
- Benchmarking the process against industry best practices.
- Audits and evaluates existing processes performance, develop metrics for process performance measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Support Process Optimization and Transformation Initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and adoption of the processes.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
Strategic Planning
- Creating solutions and delivering strategic initiatives to help Rakuten Mobile improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy.
- Conduct structured problem analysis, required interviews, research and data gathering to identify best suited solution and create recommendations.
- Execute continuous project status tracking and communication, targeted and timely elevation of potential risks and issues across multiple teams and with project stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders during execution phase and help the team liaison with other groups for successful delivery. Provide support to various divisions by proposing global best practices based on the type of the problem statement and requirement.
Problem Solving
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues.
- Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action. Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.
Key Projects
- Organization Transformation: Study operational and engineering data to identify organizational transformation opportunities. Utilize these studies to create strategy and drive transformation activities to realize and report the results of these activities to executives.
- Business Process Life Cycle Management: Envision, design, adopt and benchmark business process portfolio with industry standard frameworks and processes to ensure operational governance and efficiency in the organization.
- Continuous Improvement Strategy: Audit incident RCAs from both technical and process perspective to ensure that RCAs are conducted thoroughly leading to recurrence prevention and concluding resolution of each identified improvement opportunity.
- Branded Calling Solution: Collaborate with the respective vendor for successful NPI and product launch for RMI.
ARPU Growth Initiatives: Drive identification, development, and monetization of key ARPU growth opportunities using network capabilities monetization.
