Who we are looking for
We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Management (BPM) leader who can scale and industrialize process mapping and procedure management across a complex, global financial institution. This role is critical to delivering the firm's 2026+ BPM strategy, including enterprise-wide process recertification, centralization of SOPs and supporting procedures, and stronger integration of risk, controls, and regulatory governance into business-as-usual operations.
What you will be responsible for
Reporting to the VP - Business Process Management, the AVP will play a hands-on leadership role in driving the next phase of BPM maturity across Global Delivery. The role acts as a custodian of process integrity, ensuring process maps and procedures are trusted management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
10+ years of experience in BPM, process mapping, SOP governance, or operational risk.
Strong hands-on experience with ARIS, BPMN, and regulated financial services environments.
