Job Description & Summary:


A career withinPwC India as anagentic automation developerwhowill combine technical automationexpertisewith business process analysis skills to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on developing comprehensive process maps, models, and generating actionable process intelligence insights using industry-leading automation and process mining tools.



Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Design

• Analyze existing business processes andidentifyautomation opportunities
  

• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and process models using industry-standard tools
  

• Conduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders across various business units
  

• Create comprehensive process documentation including AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
  

• Designoptimizedprocesses that align with automation capabilities and business objectives
  
  

• Design and implement automation solutions based on process analysis findings
  

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into automated workflows
  

• Support the development and deployment of automation tools and technologies
  

• Ensure automation solutions align with established process models and business requirements
  
  

• Extract and analyze process data to generate actionable business insights
  

• Develop process performance metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency improvements
  

• Create executive dashboards and reports to communicate process analytics findings
  

• Identifyprocess bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
  

• Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and automation initiatives
  
  

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and pain points
  

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process optimization and automation tools
  

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and project teams
  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process automation implementations
  
  

• Process Automation and Intelligence tool experiencewith:UipathProcess gold, Automation anywhere process discoveryCelonis,Signavio, ARIS
  

• Other Technologyexperience:Strong ETL Knowledge with API integrationand system integration
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports
  

• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
  

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  
  

• Previousexperience in process transformation or digital transformation projects
  

• Experience in enterprise environments (SAP, Oracle) with complex business processes
  

• Knowledge of industry-specific processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Service)
  

• Experience with process mining tools (ProcessGold,Celonis,Signavio, Aris)
  

• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms.Basic understanding of database querying (SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
