• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify automation opportunities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA teams

• Ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements for implementation

• Drive process optimization and automation strategy

RPA & Automation Delivery

• Oversee full automation lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment

• Work with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere

• Ensure scalable and efficient automation solutions

• Monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions for process alignment

• Communicate priorities effectively across executive, operational, and technical teams

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts

Process Improvement & Governance

• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and automation standards

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas

• Promote best practices in automation and process management
