We are looking for a high-energy, tech-forward Graduate/Post-Graduate to join our core team. This isn't your typical sit-and-observe internship or entry-level role. You will be at the front lines of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), dismantling old workflows and rebuilding them using the latest AI-driven methodologies.

In a startup environment, things move fast. We need someone who is accountable, obsessed with efficiency, and ready to own projects from day one.

• Discovery & Interviews: Conduct stakeholder interviews to map out current As-Is processes. You'll need to ask the right questions to find out where the real bottlenecks are hiding.
• Process Mapping: Translate complex business talk into crystal-clear Flowcharts and Documentation (using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio).
• Gap Analysis: Identify redundancies, manual leaks, and inefficiencies. You aren't just documenting; you're diagnosing.
• AI Integration: Suggest and implement AI-driven solutions (LLMs, automation agents, or prompt engineering) to replace manual tasks.
• Execution: Help bridge the gap between the idea and the rollout.

• Communication Pro: You can talk to a developer one minute and a CEO the next, extracting the info you need with ease.
