Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with organizational goals. You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies. Your role will be pivotal in creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a roadmap for successful process integration and enhancement.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
