Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented through user and task analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
