Job Description

The Global Contract Enablement team (GCE) is part of the Customer Deal Desk Quote to Contract Policy Enablement team under Global Finance Operations (GFO). The GCE team is responsible for enabling drafting compliance and internal controls by ensuring Oracle's contractual documents comply with Oracle's business practices and policies. The senior manager will lead two teams to standardize, simplify, and centralize the contracts document localization and contracting library setups processes to ensure accuracy through audits and timely and consistent work output. This role is expected to support US (PT) working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day operations of the Fusion Enterprise Contracts Terms Library (FEC TL) local librarian team (13 ICs), which includes global setups for all contracting templates, clauses, and rules.
  • Lead day to day operations of the Document Localization and Translation Application (DELTA) Local Document Administrator (LDA) team (2 ICs), which includes localizing and translating contracting documents for the NAMER, LAD, and EMEA-English regions, including interacting with local legal.
  • Support internal audit activities, ensuring accuracy of contracting localizations and setups and that controls remain in place and effective.
  • Cross-train the FEC TL and DELTA LDA teams to maximize resourcing efficiencies.
  • Define, track, and report key metrics (e.g., setup accuracy, cycle times, retrieval efficiency) to guide continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies and audit requirements manage internal and external audit requests.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent, including succession planning for critical roles and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in contract operations or contract administration, with proven success leading large teams
    Demonstrated experience with contract management systems Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Oracle's contracting policies and procedures, including compliance, setup, and administration.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional projects that deliver process standardization, simplification, and centralization.
    Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills strong problem-solving capability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability and willingness to support US working hours.
