Role Summary-
This role is designed to help us grow our Trade Finance, Bullion, Foreign Exchange Services and Supply Chain business grow multifold in the next few years. He/She will be building and scaling up digital analytics, business planning and organizational capabilities to help acquire and retain high quality customers an offer them a superior banking experience.
Portfolio monitoring & Strategy
- Monthly PSM/TL/RBL level dashboard covering all revenue / book parameters.
- Fortnightly Pipeline call for tracking the deals. To be tracked on a daily basis for Quarter end fortnight, and on a daily basis for Month end week.
- Budget allocation and monitoring across the sales / Product team.
- Trade portfolio Health:
- Tracking the Top Clients with monthly MIS.
- Portfolio health: Overdue / deferral with Monthly MIS
- Rating based analysis of the Trade Book
- Trade Business presentations as required by the YBL Top Management
Education
Essential: Chartered Accountant or MBA finance from reputed institute
Experience
Essential: 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in MNCs /Large Indian Corporates.
Preferred: Prior experience in 6-10 years of work experience in fintech/bank industry preferably related to Transaction banking ( Trade or CMS)
