Job Description :

Eligibility: -

.Employees who are currently working as Cluster Business Manager/Regional Admin Manager/Regional Operations Manager/Regional Audit Manager in the Manager Grade 1 & above

.Employee should have tenure 2 years in the above-mentioned role

.Cluster Business Manager/Regional Admin Manager/Regional Operations Manager/Regional Audit Manager whose PSC is 50% and above

.There are no Major disciplinary issues.

.Indebtedness should be less than 70%.

.Willing to Relocate to any region as per the business Requirement.

.The candidate should possess good communication skills in the local languages & English

.Proficiency in Computer, excel, presentation skills, etc. required

.Eligible for relocation expenses

Job Description:

.Check TOM's requests from branches, scrutinize the pledge forms closely, check for any deviations in the takeover request and then approve/reject the request.

.Should be able to speak and read Tamil and English fluently.

.Candidate should be an AM/AMIC with good knowledge in gold loan business.

.Following up the TOMS irregularities and rectifying it within the stipulated time.

.Proficiency in Computer, excel and Liaison skills required.
