Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Punjab region.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and medical practitioners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and untapped markets.

Marketing Management:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the regional audience.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to localize national campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Drive brand awareness and visibility across key healthcare hubs in Punjab.
  • Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, seminars, and product launches.

Business Development:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate counter-strategies.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with key clients and stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales and marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts.
