Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Partner at Goldsikka Limited in Hyderabad. The Business Partner will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Market Analysis skills
• Client Relationship Management and Sales experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the finance or precious metals industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

1.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

2.Analyse data to develop insights and strategies for effective business promotion.

3.Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

4.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.

5.Assist in developing sales strategies and materials to enhance client acquisition and retention.

6.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

7.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

8.Promote the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all promotional activities.

9.Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
