The Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with small businesses in the banking sector to help them grow and expand their operations. The role involves engaging with clients on a daily basis, managing business relationships, providing guidance, and offering strategic advice. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhuj.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in business management or consulting
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in the banking and financial services sector is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Knowledge of local business practices and culture is beneficial
