You will work at the intersection of data, AI, and operations, supporting cross-functional initiatives that help scale a fast-growing, AI-focused company. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams on analytics, automation, and data-driven problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate operational workflows using AI-driven tools and data insights.
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI optimization.
- Support implementation of AI-enabled dashboards and real-time performance tracking.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve scalability, process efficiency, and user experience.
- Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to strengthen business intelligence models.
- Participate in business reviews, providing AI-supported insights and recommendations.
- Document process improvements and help train internal teams on AI-integrated systems.
- Support cross-functional projects involving predictive analytics, process automation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; curious about how AI shapes business strategy.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Passion for technology, automation, and learning how AI impacts business operations.
