Role Description

Our client, an European Aerospace OEM is looking for an Business Operations Manager for their Engineering Centre in Pune

Missions

This is a full-time on-site role. The candidate will be able to handle a multifold of skills.

We are looking for a candidate who can manage day to day operations as well as oversee the technical output of the Engineering Centre. This includes

• managing workloads,
• planning for future activities,
• ensuring compliance with corporate norms,
• managing costs,
• ensuring that MIS reporting is timely and accurate,
• preparing weekly KPIs for all divisions functioning at the Engineering Centre
• and overseeing the entire operations of the Centre.

Qualifications and experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; preferably in engineering software development or managing a team of highly qualified technical experts

Master's degree in Engineering;

Excellent communication abilities;

Ability to handle multiple subjects at one time.

Ability to report to multiple departments (matrix organization)

Knowledge of French is a definite advantage.
