Role Description

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our growing team at Frankly Wearing. If you enjoy bringing structure to process-chains, optimizing workflows, and ensuring customers have a great experience - this role is for you.

The role involves overseeing and optimizing daily business operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and managing organizational workflows. The manager will collaborate across teams to enhance operational processes, analyze performance metrics, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless workflow. Additional responsibilities include improving efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence to support company objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and streamline our order pipeline end-to-end
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Handle customer support across channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) with speed and empathy
  • Resolve order-related issues (delays, returns, exchanges) efficiently
  • Identify bottlenecks in operations and proactively improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for operations performance

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication (English) for customer interactions
  • Ability to handle high volumes of orders and queries without losing attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, and analytical dashboards
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations or customer support is a big plus
