About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to drive day-to-day operations, support cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution across projects. The role requires a mix of operational excellence, client management, and strategic thinking within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning

  • Assist the finance team with client billing, invoicing, and payment coordination

  • Maintain and manage operational data across multiple spreadsheets and internal tools

  • Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention

  • Handle and track multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution

  • Manage and update the company's website, social media platforms, and content initiatives

  • Perform manual testing of products to ensure quality and identify issues

  • Review, organize, and maintain all client-related legal and compliance documents

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services across existing clients

  • Conduct market and product research; create BRDs and other relevant documentation

  • Develop project plans, workflows, and process documentation for internal teams

  • Visit client locations when required to manage relationships and troubleshoot issues

  • Act as a bridge between business and technology team

  • Assist customers and internal teams with necessities 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Product, or similar roles in a tech company

  • Strong understanding of operations management and process optimization

  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting

  • Basic understanding of finance processes (billing, invoicing, collections)

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills

  • Familiarity with website/content management and social media handling

  • Basic knowledge of software testing and QA processes

  • Ability to understand and manage legal/compliance documentation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience in creating BRDs, SOPs, and project documentation

  • Ability to create structured project plans and workflows

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and issue resolution

  • Flexibility to work across teams, departments and type of projects
