Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a Business Operations Intern. Responsibilities include assisting in business operations tasks, conducting analyses to identify efficiencies, supporting the team in business strategy implementation, and providing exceptional customer service. The intern will also engage in cross-functional collaboration and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service abilities to ensure positive client interactions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the influencer marketing or digital marketing space is a plus
