In the Business Operations Analyst II role, collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Support functional teams within the Sales group by providing analysis and reporting. The Sales analytics team works closely with the Sales organization to enable informed, strategic decision-making through comprehensive data evaluation and reporting.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will contribute to Akamai's Sales Operations and Analytics team. You will create, develop, and implement dashboards delivering valuable insights for Sales to inform and guide stakeholders, including executives.
As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation by delivering analysis in support of the Sales group's agenda
- Working with stakeholders and analytics team to deliver dashboards that meet end users requirements
- Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building intuitive dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
- Aligning dashboard design to sales strategy, business actions and outcomes. Analyzing complex data to understand feasibility and expand our dash boarding capabilities
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Sales data and dashboards
- Providing assistance to the team on business strategy, process improvements, documentations, and on-going operations. Highlight opportunities and provide practical, action-focused recommendations
Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess a bachelor's degree background with 5 or more relevant experience delivering high-quality dashboards within a Sales environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau development which includes developing data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, RLS, and visualizations
- - Demonstrate advanced SQL query expertise using Oracle and showcase exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate expertise in AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling, sales forecasting, churn analysis, and proficiency with Python or AI tools.
- Collaborate effectively, prioritize tasks, solve problems, multitask efficiently, work cross-functionally, and engage across organizational levels in dynamic environments.
