Role Purpose:
Own the commercial model for Pine Labs gaming business. This role translates publisher conversations, market inputs and internal channel strengths into a clear monetization plan: what to sell, through which channels, to whom, and with what economics.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
- Build the business model across top-ups, offers, channel constructs, and monetization flows.
- Define cohort-led packaging: which user segments matter, what propositions may work for them, and how this differs by channel.
- Own business case creation, revenue models, pricing logic, and unit economics.
- Work with publisher partnerships, growth and product teams to convert ideas into scalable constructs.
- Track performance, monetization outcomes, and commercial priorities.
What matters in this role:
- 6–10+ years in business roles spanning monetization, category, strategy, gaming commerce, digital products, or consumer internet.
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to move from market signal to revenue design.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, building from zero, and working cross-functionally.
- Strong grasp of funnels, pricing, offers, and unit economics.
What success looks like:
- Clear monetisation roadmap by publisher / channel / cohort.
- Commercially viable packaging and offers.
- Scalable model that ties distribution reach to actual revenue conversion.
