Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies and market positioning plans.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
Financial Management
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Manage day-to-day business operations across departments.
- Streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Hire, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Delegate responsibilities and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment, boosting morale and productivity.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
