Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage & grow the business by playing active role in sourcing /pricing/ product development/quality management.
• Travel (4-6 trips a year to China and USA).
• Support US sales team for category growth /business management.
• Sourcing projects to execute with factories and source/develop right products.
• Set quality and specs needed for the correct product from factories.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as textile, merchandising, product development, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications or training in project management, quality control, data analysis or design would be beneficial.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a merchandising, customer management, business management role within the home textile or hard goods industry.
• Well-travelled to USA and working experience with major retail customers in USA.
• Managed a team of people in previous roles.
• Analytical, proactive, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills.
