Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
