Business Manager India Sales

We are looking for a Business Manager to drive partner-led growth and business outcomes within the assigned territory. The role involves managing Certified Partners, owning business performance, and strengthening long-term relationships to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L and overall business performance of assigned partners
- Build short-term and long-term business plans aligned with partner goals
- Drive execution of initiatives through regular reviews and interventions
- Act as a consultative advisor to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Develop partner and internal teams through coaching and capability building
- Conduct structured business reviews and track progress against milestones
- Understand partner operations, sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion metrics
- Travel extensively within the territory (1015 days per month)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in B2B, SME, or channel-based sales
- Proven team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial analysis and business planning capability
- Excellent communication and understanding of the Indian software market
