Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Business Manager in Spraying Agriculture is located at our Gurugram office. The Business Manager will oversee the development and execution of agricultural spraying strategies using drone technology, build and maintain relationships with clients, and explore and target opportunities aligned with market demands. Responsibilities will also include creating operational workflows, managing a team, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning, communication with stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of the agricultural sector.

• Proficiency in business strategy, planning, and operational workflow management
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Understanding of agricultural practices and experience in agricultural technology solutions, particularly drone-based spraying
• Excellent interpersonal communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use AI-driven insights for decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Experience with Drone as a Service (DaaS) or related SaaS business models is an advantage
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills
