Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Koderma Jharkhand, India. The Business Manager will recruit and oversee daily operations, support effective team management, and drive business growth strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, managing customer relationships, analyzing business data, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
