Role Description

This is a fulltime job for a Business Manager located Pan India. He should be a growth-minded person that understands what it takes to implement strategies and achieve sustained success. The ideal candidate should be great at managing and mentoring staff, as well as fully capable of making all aspects of the business run more efficiently, from marketing and sales to finance and IT. He will be responsible for generating business leads. The role will require identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads. The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships through cold calling, networking, social media and field visits.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Proven track record of successful business development
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Batchelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Any branch)
• Must have excellent English communication skills,
• Good negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
