Description

The Senior Business Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the South Indian region for South Indian Bank. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business relationships with clients in the South Indian region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
