Royallinks is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee business operations, drive growth, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage business operations, including project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expansion in the construction sector.
- Oversee contract negotiations, project costing, and tender submissions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
- Manage and guide site teams, engineers, and department heads.
- Prepare periodic reports on business performance and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Support senior management in decision-making and long-term planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
Experience:
- Minimum 28 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing business operations, client accounts, or construction projects.
