We are looking for a Business Manager to drive execution and performance across our Apple Premium Reseller (APR) stores.
This role is focused on hands-on business management, reporting, and operational control across multiple locations. You will work closely with leadership to ensure discipline, consistency, and performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor daily/weekly/monthly business performance across stores
- Maintain strong MIS and reporting systems (sales, conversion, ATV, accessories, etc.)
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with store teams
- Ensure SOP adherence and operational discipline across all locations
- Coordinate with partners including Apple Inc. and distributors
- Drive execution of product launches, campaigns, and in-store initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock planning across stores
- Work closely with store managers to improve performance and accountability
What We Are Looking For- 4–8 years of experience in retail / consumer / electronics / distribution
- Strong execution ability and attention to detail
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with data, Excel, and structured reporting
- Strong communication skills (especially English)
- Experience in multi-store operations is a plus
