About The Opportunity
Join a fast-moving remote operations team that runs end-to-end delivery for a global digital services marketplace. You will own operational excellence across client projects, freelance talent networks, process automation, and financial administrationdriving predictable delivery and growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for client programs and internal initiatives: prioritise work, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
- Design, document and maintain SOPs and playbooks; continuously refine processes to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
- Manage remote teams and freelance talent: recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance tracking and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain tools and automations (task managers, Zapier integrations) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Build and monitor KPI dashboards and regular reports for leadershiptrack utilization, delivery SLAs, revenue recognition and project profitability.
- Partner with finance and client success on invoicing, billing oversight, budget tracking, and client-facing operational escalations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in online business management, remote operations, or project management for digital services or marketplaces
- Proven track record managing remote teams and freelance networks
- Practical experience with ClickUp or Asana, Slack, and Zapier
- Strong process design skillsSOPs, playbooks and continuous-improvement mindset
- KPI reporting and dashboarding experience (Google Sheets/Google Data Studio or equivalent)
- Hands-on exposure to billing/invoicing workflows and basic financial reconciliation
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks or Stripe
- Background in a freelance marketplace, agency, or subscription services environment
- Certifications such as OBM certification, PMP or Scrum Master (advantageous)
