Job Description

Oversee and manage total business operations across various segments in multiple cities of South Gujarat.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and market presence.
Build, lead, and maintain a strong team to support business operations and expansion.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including B2B outreach, e-marketing, publicity, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor business performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Personally assist and report directly to the Director on key business matters and strategic decisions.
Maintain a professional image, demonstrate leadership, and represent the company effectively in all business dealings.
