Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the team to meet or exceed auto loan sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Allocate monthly sales targets and closely monitor the performance of Finance Executives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners and internal stakeholders including Credit, Operations, and Collections teams.
  • Train and motivate dealer staff to generate quality leads and increase sales funnel.
  • Support and facilitate credit approval processes, post-sale servicing, and collections follow-up.
  • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio mix while ensuring compliance with Provision for Doubtful Debts (PDD) norms and credit turnaround time (TAT).
  • Deliver best-in-class financial solutions to customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
