Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Manager / Intern based in Udaipur, with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting operational activities, analyzing business performance, building relationships with local businesses and partners, and executing key projects. The role also includes tasks related to market research, implementing strategies to grow the platform, and improving customer and partner experiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to conduct thorough market research
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills for engaging with partners and stakeholders
- Good knowledge of local market
- Proficiency in organizational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms is a plus
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
