Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure project and client success in a fast-paced interior design environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and team leadership within the design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Relations

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, architects, and contractors.

Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close sales for interior design projects.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and client needs.

2. Project & Operations Management

Oversee the lifecycle of interior design projects from onboarding to delivery.

Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely completion.

Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and quality standards for all projects.

Implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure operational excellence.

3. Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and site execution staff.

Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

Conduct regular reviews and align team efforts with company goals.

4. Strategy & Growth

Contribute to company strategy, marketing plans, and branding initiatives.

Track KPIs and prepare business performance reports for management.

Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. MBA is a plus.

7 to 8 years of experience in business management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.

Strong understanding of design processes, project management, and client servicing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
