Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager - Interior Designer. The individual will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, manage client relationships, develop design concepts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. The role also involves strategic business planning, managing budgets, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards in design and execution.

What You'll Do:

· Identify and convert leads for residential & commercial interiors.

· Meet clients, understand requirements, and pitch design solutions.

· Collaborate with designers to prepare proposals & quotations.

· Support negotiations, deal closures & achieve sales targets.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handover.

What We're Looking For:

· Graduate in Business/Marketing/Interior Design.

· 5+ years experience in sales (interior design/modular furniture/real estate preferred).

· Excellent communication & presentation skills.

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused.
