Business Manager

Responsible for coordinating with different units of the Bank on delivering different State and Central Government Schemes (Assets & Liabilities)

• Maintaining data and preparing MIS reports pertaining to different schemes in-terms of no. of clients enrolled, disbursements, Outstanding, Recovery etc.
• Reporting of the Bank's performance with respective implementing agency of each Scheme,
• To maintain the list of SOPs for each product program / Scheme and ensure to comply with the agreed processes.
• Management of Agreements with different External Agencies like NABARD, DFS, Jan- Samarth, Jan-Suraksha, Udyamimitra, CGTMSE, Insurance Companies, BC / Co-lending Partners etc.
• Management of the documents pertaining to Applications, loan documentation, KYC, KFS, Insurance documents, Collaterals etc.
• Reverts to the ATRs and Audit Queries pertaining to business built.
• Management of Login Credentials for all schemes at all levels of the Bank.
• SPOC for backend support for the Central team on Government schemes and social initiatives.
• Publishing Monthly MIS
