It is a fast-growing passenger engagement platform that aims to smoothen the air travel experience. It is an omnichannel platform that integrates all air travel related services – Lounge Booking, food ordering, International eSIMs, Flights & Hotels.
We are looking for a Loyalty & CBCC Manager to drive co-branded credit card partnerships, loyalty programs, and rewards ecosystem. The role requires end-to-end ownership of product partnerships, GTM, and program growth across banking and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Co-Branded Credit Card (CBCC) programs from ideation to launch and scale
- Manage bank partnerships (ICICI, HDFC, Axis, etc.) for card features, benefits, and integrations
- Design and execute loyalty and rewards programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Drive GTM strategy, user acquisition, and growth for CBCC and loyalty offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, marketing, analytics, finance)
- Build and manage partner ecosystem (brands, merchants, platforms) for offers and rewards
- Track and optimize KPIs such as card issuance, activation, spend, and retention
- Work on customer journeys, user experience, and program enhancements
- Handle vendor management, RFPs, and platform integrations for loyalty solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Loyalty Programs / Rewards Ecosystem / CBCC (Co-branded credit cards)
- Experience working with banks and financial institutions
- Hands-on experience in product lifecycle (0 to 1 launch + scale)
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy and growth metrics
- Experience in strategic partnerships and alliances
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
