Role/ Position Overview

The Business Manager - Sales at Headsup B2B is responsible for driving demand aggregation, lead generation, and end to end sales conversion across assigned territories. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, mapping local markets, and coordinating with internal sales and finance teams to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries. With ownership of sales targets and reporting, the Business Manager plays a key role in expanding regional presence, improving sales velocity, and delivering a seamless buying experience to B2B customers.

  • Build a pipeline of active and potential B2B buyers across assigned territories (e.g., Government contractors and fabricators)
  • Consolidate fragmented demand at project or regional level to improve procurement and pricing leverage
  • Track volume movement by category to prioritize focus areas
