Job Description

We're seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology India CAO team team as a Business Manager, in Fraud Department. This role will support senior leadership by strengthening governance, enabling effective program execution, delivering highquality risk and performance reporting, and driving clear, consistent stakeholder communications.

The successful candidate will operate in a fastpaced, highly collaborative environment and play a key role in ensuring transparency, discipline, and operational excellence across the India CDRR organization.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What You'll Do In The Role

Business Operations & Governance

Support the India CAO agenda for CDRR Technology, covering employee, workplace, risk, and core operational initiatives

Drive a strong execution and governance cadence by tracking commitments, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones

Manage daytoday execution while maintaining a strategic focus on efficiency, scalability, and longterm sustainability

Stakeholder & Senior Management Engagement

Act as a central coordination point across Technology, Risk, Workplace, and partner teams

Own the preparation of management and executivelevel presentations, enabling effective leadership decisionmaking

Proactively identify issues and risks, supporting escalation and resolution through established governance forums

PMO, Metrics & Transparency

Track and report on initiatives using defined metrics, dashboards, and milestones

Provide clarity on complex initiatives through structured reporting and concise, executiveready communication

Support auditready documentation and adherence to consistent execution and reporting standards

Automation & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and automation solutions in partnership with stakeholders

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, scale, and operational excellence within the organization

CrossFunctional & Adhoc Initiatives

Support shortterm, highimpact initiatives across the CDRR and broader Technology organization

Gain exposure to diverse operating models, problem statements, and leadership approaches.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Experience in Business Operations, PMO, COO, or CAO-aligned roles within a multinational organization
  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Ability to anticipate risks, flag issues early, and operate with high integrity

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the BFSI industry, particularly within Technology, Risk, or Operations environments
