At Livspace, we're looking for a passionate Business Manager – Design to lead a team of 4–5 designers and oversee 10–15 residential design projects every month. This role is ideal for someone who blends design expertise with people management, project execution, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of talented interior designers
- Ensure project timelines and quality delivery across 10–15 projects/month
- Lead design discussions and resolve technical queries
- Drive customer satisfaction through design excellence (NPS-focused)
- Conduct training sessions to uplift team skills and design output
- Be a strategic partner in enhancing client experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design/project management
- Strong experience managing design projects & leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in B.Arch or B.Interior Design (Master's preferred)
- Led and delivered 10+ end-to-end residential interior projects
- Strong customer relationship management & team productivity focus
