Job Description

Strategy and Business Development

Work closely with the CEO on short-term and long-term strategic initiatives to help setup the EV platform in India
Work with senior leadership to develop a plan for platform build out and take the lead in project management deliverables Assist in shortlisting important projects, ventures and other partnership opportunities
Identify strategic risks and provide solutions to mitigate these risks
Support consultative sales by owning TCO analysis, articulating platform's product offering and engaging with / developing relationships with potential customers across vehicle segments

Transaction execution:

Development and ownership of project and platform financial models
Support transaction execution through financial analysis, drafting of investment committee papers and other presentations
Support engineering, procurement, project development, delivery and asset management teams as required including contributing to tender submissions as well as providing analytical inputs
Support financing process through management of due diligence advisers, dataroom / Q&A and lender interactions, financial analysis and presentations
Assist in preparation of investor reporting material

The Successful Applicant

MBA and undergraduate in maths / science / economics / engineering from Tier 1 educational institute
5+ years in a tier 1 consulting firms/strategy/corporate development role at private-equity backed or platform companies/corporate finance / investment banking / private equity funds
