Reports To: CCO & Creative Business Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Creative Business Manager with strong client servicing expertise to join our team. This senior role blends creative leadership, business development, and account management. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal creative teams, driving project strategy, ensuring high-quality creative deliverables, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing end-to-end creative campaigns, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and delivering results in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the single point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing needs; translate them into effective creative briefs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews to ensure high satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive account growth through strategic recommendations and new project pipelines.

Creative Strategy & Project Management

  • Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts in collaboration with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Social Media, Media and other team members.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle - from briefing and ideation to execution, review, and final delivery.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with client objectives, brand tone, and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

Business Management & Growth

  • Contribute to revenue targets through effective account management and new business development.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilization.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to pitch innovative creative solutions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior client servicing and creative team members.
  • Foster strong collaboration between client servicing, creative, production, and other departments.
  • Participate in pitches and new business development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

8-10 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within an advertising agency, creative agency, digital marketing firm, or similar environment.

Proven experience managing mid-to-large-sized client accounts and leading cross-functional creative projects.

Strong portfolio of successfully delivered creative campaigns (across ATL, BTL, digital, social, or 360°).

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Management, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Strong creative acumen with the ability to understand and contribute to concepts (without necessarily being a designer/copywriter).

Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Solid project and budget management skills.

Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with creative tools.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
